Personal data that we process
Zwammerdam Groep B.V. processes your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide them yourself.

Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

– First and last name

– Address data

– Telephone number

– E-mail address

– Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone.

Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us via mholscher@zwammerdamgroep.nl and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

Zwammerdam Groep B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:

– Offering and executing agreements

– Sending our newsletter and / or advertising brochure

– To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to be able to perform our services

– Zwammerdam Groep B.V. analyzes your behavior on the website in order to improve the website and to tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.

You can always call or e-mail us if you have any questions about our products and / or services. If you send us an e-mail or other message with a question or request, the message (including the personal data stated therein together with any (personal) data attached to it) will only be used to respond to your question or request.

If you are in contact with us by telephone, (personal) notes may be made of the conversation. These notes are used solely to respond to your inquiry or request.

You should assume that we keep the sent (e-mail) messages and any (personal) notes made for as long as necessary for the complete answering and processing of your question or request.

Newsletter 

To keep you informed about our products, services and news, we send newsletters. We use your (first) name and e-mail address to send the newsletters.

Camera surveillance

Camera surveillance takes place around our building. The cameras present are intended to increase the (social) safety of the persons present there and the protection of buildings and property. The data processing that takes place as a result is necessary for the promotion of our legitimate interest in the security of persons and goods.

Access to the camera images is only possible for authorized persons. The camera images are stored for a maximum of 4 weeks before they are automatically deleted, unless a calamity has occurred. In that case, the images will be deleted when they are no longer needed in the context of the calamity.

Processing applications

To assess the suitability of a candidate for a specific position, position, project or assignment, to keep in touch with the candidate and for recruitment and selection purposes (including (medical) examinations), we process the following personal data of the candidates concerned:

–  name

–  address, place of residence

–  e-mail and telephone number

–  sex

–  marital status

–  Curriculum vitae

–  motivation letter

–  results of assessments, psychological and (possibly) medical examinations

–  references

–  (copy) passport photo

–  data collected during the application process as a result of the interviews with the candidate, referee and other sources

We receive the aforementioned information directly from the candidate or indirectly through an agency engaged by us for the purpose of recruitment, selection, secondment and / or deployment.

In principle, we keep the data for a maximum of 4 weeks after completion of the application procedure, unless other written agreements are made with the candidate.

Legal grounds for processing

On the basis of privacy legislation, we need a “legal ground” to be able to process your personal data. We use at least one of the following grounds for processing your personal data:

– performing the contractual arrangements between you and us;                                                                             – being able to comply with a legal obligation that rests on us;                                                                                                 – for the defense of our “legitimate interests” in the context of our business operations or those of a third party. We always weigh up your interests against ours. Our interests include the careful implementation of agreements with you, maintaining and possibly expanding our customer relationship through possible direct marketing; and                                                                   – the explicit consent you have given to process data for specific purposes. You can always withdraw this permission.

How long we keep personal data

Zwammerdam Groep B.V. does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

Sharing of personal data with third parties

Zwammerdam Groep B.V. does not sell your information to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Zwammerdam Groep B.V. remains responsible for these processing operations.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
